WHY STEEL BUILDINGS ? 


Steel building construction today is rather favorable due to the factors such as fast production and earthquakes today.Steel building construction minimizes the loss of live and property during natural disasters and ensures safety.Buildings such as steel factories,industrial buildings, gymnasiums and sports facilities,hangars,depots etc,are the buildings in which the steel
construction is used.Light or heavy steel is preferred according to the constructiveness of project.
Heavy steel is used generally in industrial type constructions.Therefore the carrying force is much more appropriate to the needs of industry.Steel doesn’t limit the architectural design instead encourages
new designs.Steel’s capability to pass high spaces,its aesthetic and easy to craft qualities provide opportunity in application of all types of designs.  

Due to the reason that steel is a material having capability to stretch;it doesn’t bring limit to the height of building.Most of high rise buildings today are already made of steel. 

With its quality of being light; the earthquake load steel carries is much less than its counterpart concrete buildings.This condition forms a major relief in vertical carriers (columns, partitions, etc.), which are the most important elements of building.This,minimizes the loads that the building is required
to withstand and materials required to be used in opposite of those loads.
