With its four sections; it is capable of filling up to 40 m³ into the aggregate bunker. Together with units of coupled weighing chamber, weighing belt and load cells; it is capable of measuring, into the bunker section, at ± %3 tolerances according to the concrete standards.
Thanks to the conveying belt, weighed materials are conveyed, in a short period of time, into the mixing section. Mixing section is ready, with the cement silos of 2 x 20 tons capacity and coupled cement carrying helicons found within, to meet the entire demands without having the need to add any other units onto the section.
The amount required to be made is mixed by the mixers after measuring the water, cement and supplemental material during the aggregate weighing stage.
Concrete production is capable of being made easy to use, fully automatic, computer controlled automation system. Due to its modular design; aggregate bunker can be installed in a very short time only by using pins and screws and without any welding on site. If desired, its trailer can be mounted separately and as an alternative carried to the site by pulling.
Mixing unit is designed to be carried in one TRUCK as coupled with feeding unit. Mobile Concrete Plants have the quality to produce all kinds of concrete from lowest quality to highest quality concrete and from 0 slump concrete to wet concrete due to the use of double shaft mixing system and have the same capacity as the fixed concrete plants.
